Pure Epsom Salt: Soothes tired muscles post workout
Menthol: Eases aches and soreness from muscle pains
Dr Teal’s® Soaking Solution combines Pure Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate USP) and Menthol, both known to comfort and relieve overworked muscles, allowing for optimum performance.
Suggested use
Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal’s® Soaking Solution under warm, running bath water. Soak for 15 minutes, and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort.
Help reduce swelling of sprains and bruises: Add 1 cup of Dr Teal’s® Soaking Solution to 1 quart of warm water. Immerse a wash cloth in the solution, then wring out the excess water. Apply the warm wash cloth to the affected area until the wash cloth is no longer warm. Repeat two or three times to soothe soreness from sprains and bruises.
Soothe aches and soreness from muscle pains: Create a soothing paste by dissolving a handful of Dr Teal’s® Soaking Solution into a cup of hot water and cool the solution in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Clean the skin before applying the paste to the affected area.
Other ingredients
Magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), fragrance (parfum), menthol, cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, mentha viridis (spearmint) leaf oil, benzyl salicylate, limonene, linalool.
Warnings
Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes, except on advice of physician. Do not ingest. Use only as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult a physician if irritation persists. If product enters the eye, wash out thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
