Cup Fit Size Guide
- Size 1: For women between ages of 19-30 with a medium flow
- Size 2: For women over 30 or post baby with a heavy flow
Choose the best fit for your body based on the fit size guide. When in doubt, choose size 1.
Suggested use
- Sterilize: for first time use, bring a pot of water to boil, let cup sit for 5-7 minutes. remove and completely cool before use.
- Wash hands: before every use wash your hands with a ph-balanced or mild fragrance-free soap.
- Clean cup: before every use wash cup with honey pot feminine wash.
- Fold cup: form a “u” shape by flattening the ends together and insert into the vagina.
- Twist to seal: rotate the base of the cup to provide suction and seal.
- Protection: wear for up to 12 hours with honey pot everyday pantiliner for extra protection.
