Did you know that not all proteins are created equal? Some proteins are “isolates” which means they are extracted compounds that lose nutrients by the time they get to you. We don’t use isolates. Our Protein Pancake Mix contains critical amino acids and other micronutrients your body needs to thrive with 11g of whole food protein.

Suggested use
Pancakes (4″)

Add water to a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.
Cook until edges start to dry, flip and brown other side. About 1 1/2 minutes each side.

Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting.
Whisk water and mix in a large bowl until well blended. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.
Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
