What am I?
I’m a delicious Golden Milk powder containing a blend of turmeric, coconut, reishi mushroom, ashwagandha, ginger and more. My blend of ingredients helps to support stress relief and your immune system but I’m also delicious and won’t leave you over-caffeinated. I’m basically the drink equivalent of a hug!
Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz (1 cup) of warm water or plant-based milk (or add to a smoothie).
Other ways to spice things up:
