Suggested use
Use in a diffuser for aromatic attributes. For topical use, carefully dilute a maximum of 5% Muscle Zen™ oil with a carrier oil or lotion prior to use. Apply dilution to desired areas prone to tension (hands, shoulders, back, etc.) for a soothing massage.

Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, eucalyptus globulus oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) oil, tanacetum annuum (blue tansy) oil, eugenia caryophyllata (clove) oil, piper nigrum (black pepper) oil, gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen) oil.
