What is motion sickness?
Motion sickness or kinetosis, also known as Travel Sickness, is a condition that happens when the vestibular system has not adapted to an unfamiliar motion. Depending on the cause, it can be referred to as car sickness, air sickness, seasickness, simulation sickness or space sickness.
Motion sickness is the nausea, disorientation and fatigue that can be induced by head motion. The first sign is usually a pale face. As symptoms build, an upset stomach, fatigue or drowsiness may occur. The final stages are characterized by nausea and vomiting.
About 33% of people are susceptible to motion sickness even in mild circumstances such as being on a boat in calm,although nearly 66% of people are susceptible in more severe conditions.
The vestibular system helps with balance and spatial orientation.
Suggested Use
Use only as directed. While following the online guide, adults and children 12 years of age and older take 2 capsules up to three times daily.
