SinuFix® dietary supplement is intended to provide support for healthy sinus function, clear sinus and nasal passages, healthy immune response, and to help maintain overall well-being. In addition here are some dietary considerations to follow for optimum sinus health:
- Increase omega-3 rich foods such as salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines
- Add foods rich in Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) such as help or safflower oils, raw nuts and seeds
- Increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables
- Consume fewer processed carbohydrates
- Avoid both diet and regular sodas and colas
About the sinuses
Sinuses are hollow air spaces located in the head. There are four pairs of cavities, or sinuses, known as paranasal sinuses located within the skull or bones of the head surroundings the nose. These are known as:
- Frontal sinuses over the eyes in the brow area
- Ethmoid sinuses just behind the bridge of the nose and between the eyes
- Sphenoid sinuses behind the ethmoids in the upper region of the nose and behind the eyes
- Maxillary sinuses inside each cheekbone
Each sinus connects to the nose through an opening so there is a free exchange of air and mucus. A continuous membrane lining connects each of the sinus cavities with the nasal passages. Swelling of these membranes, from various causes, can trap air and/or mucus inside a blocked sinus causing an array of sinus concerns.
Suggested use
Use only as directed. Adults take 2 capsules daily with meal or glass of water. For optimal benefit, take 2 capsules twice daily during the spring and summer season or times of extra need.

Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, and titanium dioxide), maltodextrin, cellulose, magnesium stearate, modified food starch, and silica.
