Suggested use
Training days:
Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a serving of NITRAFLEX® Black mixed with 6 oz of cold water.
Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix up to 2 scoops of NITRAFLEX® Black with 10 oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
Optional – Stack with Pumptropic: Take 1 serving of NITRAFLEX® Black with 1-2 scoops of Pumptropic Powder 30 minutes before training for even more dramatic effects.

Warnings
Do not take more than 2 scoops per serving.
