Ancient Ayurvedic texts recommend Oil Pulling as part of your daily routine, to strengthen teeth and gums, help with mouth dryness and other oral conditions.
Our whole botanicals are processed per traditional Ayurvedic methods, with organic black sesame oil, to create a highly effective concentrate. Sesame oil is prescribed for its subtle, penetrating and nourishing effects, and to carry ingredients deeply into tissues.

Suggested use
Use undiluted, or mix entire contents with 5 oz. organic sesame (not toasted), sunflower or coconut oil-i.e. 1:3 ratio. Blending can extend use up to 4 weeks.
Swish 4x per week after tongue cleaning and toothbrushing:
- Use 1 Tbsp blended mixture. If undiluted, use 1 tsp concentrate alone or with a little water.
- Slowly swish it in mouth and “chew” for 5-15 minutes.
- When done, do not swallow but spit into toilet (not into sink).
- Rinse your mouth with lukewarm, salt water.
