Suggested use
Initial (first serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions For Regular Use: Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and another 3 capsules before lunch or dinner. Never exceed more than 6 capsules within 24 hours. For best results, Red Light™, should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs™ products, an adequate amount of water and a healthy diet.
