The Coconut Secret Story
When both our parents learned they were diabetic, my brother and I were deeply inspired to search the world for pure, truly delicious, low glycemic foods. We were rewarded and blessed beyond expectations in our discovery of the traditional products made from the sap of the wondrous coconut tree. It is our great joy to be able to share with you the gifts of these exceptional ingredients.

Health Secrets of Coconut Flour
Coconut Flour is an excellent source of gluten-free protein, very low carb, actually lowers the calorie content and glycemic index of food, contains 40% dietary fiber, promotes lipid oxidation (helps burn fat), aids in digestive health, and helps balance blood sugar levels.
We have chosen to package our flour in reusable, recyclable paper-based canisters instead of plastic to preserve the delicate flavor and prevent the possibility of tainting from plastic pouches.

Recipe Tips
Use for baking, to thicken gravy, or to super boost fiber content in smoothies and any recipe. Due to its highly absorbent nature, if using 100% Coconut Flour, it is necessary to add 4 eggs per 1 cup flour, or increase liquid by adding a 1:1 ratio of liquid per equal amount flour.
A second option instead of adding eggs or liquid, is to blend with other gluten-free flours at a ration of 1/4 cup coconut flour to 3/4 cup alternate flours.
For extended freshness, refrigerate after opening.
