Each tablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron, equivalent to 325 mg of Ferrous Sulfate. Iron supports metabolism, growth, development and normal cellular functioning.

Suggested Use
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Other Ingredients
Stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, silicon dioxide. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #5), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, peg, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide.
No added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
