EYE APPEAL™ Retractable Eye Pencil is perfect for lining and contouring eyes. Easy to blend formula glides on gently, will not tug or pull. The smooth formula creates clean precise lines for a daytime look or smudges for a more sultry look.
Suggested use
Application: Line along lash line from inner to outer corners. For a softer look, use a cotton swab, fingers or fine brush to smudge color. Press gently for a fine line or more firmly for a bolder line.
Can also use as an eye shadow.
