Our Gluten Free pancakes are so good, you won’t even miss the wheat! We start with a perfect blend of wheat-free flours, then add a touch of buttermilk, resulting in, dare we say, pancake poetry. But don’t take our word for it-the proof is in the pancake!

Suggested use
Now let’s make some pancakes. All you need is water!
Pancakes | Mix | Water |
5-6 | 3/4 cup | 1/2-2/3 Cup |
Make the whole bag | 1 bag | 1 3/4-2 cup |
Make Add lower end of recommended water amount to make pancake batter. Add additional water as needed. Mix until combined. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet. Flip once and serve when golden brown. |
Prefer waffles?
To make waffles, blend 3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, add 1 tablespoon oil. Add more water as needed. Cook according to waffle iron instruction. Thicker batter will make the waffle easier to cook. Cook for additional time as needed.

Brown rice flour, potato starch, almond flour, white rice flour, buttermilk, cassava starch, cane sugar, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, corn starch*, baking soda), 2% or less of: salt, xanthan gum.
